Our role: introduction, not sale
db2U GmbH runs this website, assembles the information on the project and puts interested buyers in touch with the seller. It is not the seller of the apartments, not the developer, and does not become a party to any purchase agreement. For the introduction it receives a success-based fee from the seller.
A purchase agreement comes about exclusively between you and the seller. Details of construction, completion date, specification and handover come from their documents.
